Marysville’s varsity tennis team swept Marion Harding, 5-0, during a non-conference match on Wednesday.
Anne Grimm got things started for MHS with a 6-4, 6-3 triumph over Pitts during the first singles matches.
Other singles contests saw Grace Larriuz down Flock 6-3, 6-1 and Lauren Markert top Stoneburner 6-2, 6-2.
The first doubles team of Lydia Romine and Kylie Wells topped Rawlins and Patterson 6-0, 6-2.
Caroline Geraghty and Julia Shade beat Mooney and Summers 6-2, 5-7, 6-0.
Bunsold falls
Marysville’s middle school tennis squad fell to St. Brigid, 3-2.
Mallory Huffman won the third singles match by an 8-5 verdict.
The second doubles team of Hanna Hogan and Briannah Sparks turned in an 8-5 triumph.
Ellie Nuspl fell at first singles 0-8, while Emma Pzedpelski lost at second singles 3-8.
The first doubles team of Krista O’Shelski and Alissa Wilms lost 6-8.
