The Marysville girls JV golf team captured first-place honors during its final Ohio Capital Conference match of the season.
The event consisted of seven teams from different divisions.
“The girls played really well, shooting a 208,” said coach Eli Morris.
MHS shot one stroke better than Pickerington North and Canal Winchester, which carded matching scores of 209.
Westerville Central and Olentangy Orange each shot a 215, Hilliard Davidson tallied a 219 and Bishop Ready shot a 232.
Marysville’s Lydia Cunningham carded a medalist-round of 44.
She was followed by Madi Wildermuth-50, Rylee Cavins-51, Kelsey Dye-63 and Eva Mason-66.
