The game turned to MHS’ favor when Caitlin Cotner scored on an assist from Sarah O’Neil.
The Lady Monarchs controlled the pace of play for the rest of the contest.
Marysville’s second-half goal came from Paige Trent on a well-time overlapping run to the back.
The assist was credited to Emma Armstrong.
Kinzi Lee and Anna Weigand kept the goal clean as they both notched three saves.

MHS will host Clear Fork on Thursday for Military Appreciation Night.
