Fairbanks’ girls soccer team suffered its first loss of the season to No. 2 state-ranked Grandview Heights by a score of 5-0 on Monday.
Macy Wanamaker was credited with six saves as FHS slipped to 6-1-2 for the season. The squad is 4-0-1 in the Ohio Heritage Conference.
The Lady Panthers will travel to Mechanicsburg on Thursday.
The FHS boys team is now 1-5-1 after its 7-1 setback to Grandview.
The Panthers will travel to Bishop Hartley on Thursday.
