The Lady Monarch varsity soccer squad battled to a 0-0 tie with Dublin Coffman on Tuesday.
“This was a great game played by the Monarchs with outstanding performances noted throughout the field,” said MHS coach Nathan Andrews.
Dublin outshot the Monarchs, 9-8, and the goalkeepers from both teams recorded six saves.
The Monarch JV team won 2-1 with the first goal recorded by Keely Baker.
The second score came off a Dublin player deflection from a ball played by Anna Kinney.
