Marian Virginia Jones Billington, 82, of Marysville, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at Carriage Court Assisted Living.
She was born Feb. 4, 1933, in Davis, West Virginia, to the late Adolphus and Edna Winters Jones.
