Local credit card skimmer suspects nabbed

A pair of Columbus men have been arrested, charged with skimming credit card information.
Officers from the Grove City Division of Police detained two Cuban nationals, Sandy Curbelo, 33, and Hildel Reynaldo Hill-Altabas, 34, in connection with recent local credit card skimming.
