Attack during drill theft could net suspect 20 years in prison

A Plain City man could be facing nearly two decades in prison after allegedly trying to steal a drill, attacking the owner, then attempting to steal the drill again.

Christopher Shawn Kohl, 37, of Whitehall is charged with one count each of aggravated burglary, felonious assault and petty theft.
