No. 1 Watkins Memorial downs No. 8 MHS diamond squad

The Lady Monarch softball squad led 4-3 at Watkins Memorial, but ended up falling 8-4.

Watkins is ranked first in the Division I state coaches association poll, while MHS is eighth.
