Man charged over altercation with daughter

A Marysville man could be facing prison after admitting to “whooping” his daughter.

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Marcus Andre Dupree Hagans, 36, of 925 W. Fifth St., Apartment 36, charging him with one count each of domestic violence and aggravated menacing.
