Donald L. Boerger, 68, of Powell was arrested for menacing by stalking and telephone harassment on U.S. 33 at 8:05 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a Sept. 15 incident in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road.
