Bonds an obstacle to sale of Richwood Opera House

Richwood Council’s former plans to fix the broken truss in the Opera House and put it up for sale have fallen through.

At the regular meeting on Monday, Mayor Scott Jerew said that he was worried about the $150,000 capital budget so he looked into it.
