Niekamp plays important role during MHS sweep over Cougars

Marysville High School senior Lauren Niekamp just knew the Lady Monarch volleyball match was going to be special for her.

“This was the most varsity playing time I think I’ve ever gotten,” she said after a 25-3, 25-16, 25-12 sweep over Westland.
