BlackSuit claims responsibility for ransomware school attack

A “ransomeware gang” is claiming credit for the cyberattack on the Marysville school district late last month.

According to Comparitech, a pro-consumer tech website that tracks cybersecurity and privacy online, the system was hacked by a group called BlackSuit.
