FHS girls drop close contest at Hilliard Davidson

Fairbanks’ girls basketball squad dropped a 38-33 verdict at Hilliard Davidson on Monday.

The Wildcats led 7-5 after the opening quarter.

FHS (9-7) managed just a bucket from Gracie Boyer and Claire Meihls’ free throw during the ensuing period.

Davidson took a 13-8 margin into halftime.
