Fairbanks High School student wins state powerlifting title

If you were to look at Fairbanks High School junior Phoebe Allison, you’d see a typical teenager.

She goes to school, does her home work and hangs out with her friends.

The difference would be that not a whole lot of teens can call themselves state champion powerlifters.
