Fairbanks girls split final games of trip

Fairbanks’ softball squad saw its spring break trip record slip to 1-1.

The Lady Panthers dropped a 14-3 verdict to Mundelein High School of Illinois.

The contest was played in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

FHS trailed 4-3 after the bottom of the second.

Mundelein plated 10 runs over the third and fourth inning...
