Colorful traffic box art wrap installed

A colorful new traffic box wrap appears at the corner of Fifth Street and Court Street Friday morning, the second such installation in the city’s 2025 Traffic Box Art Project. Officials asked artists to consider the historical context of the city, particularly the historic buildings in the area that the box is located, and create an original piece that could be put on public display. Wraps are “weather dependent,” so the piece was installed ahead of the expected rise in temperatures over the weekend.
