Pending board of education OK, Wade will be hired as MHS baseball coach

A decision could soon be reached on the hiring of a new Marysville High School head baseball coach.

An e-mail sent to the Journal-Tribune Friday afternoon from incoming MHS athletic director Eric Music stated that Dustin Wade has been selected as the Monarchs’ new coach.

Above is what remains of the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado that caught fire as a result of a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 33 Wednesday morning. The driver of the Chevrolet, Dejuan R. Meek, is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, but was not issued charges since he was quickly transported to a Columbus-area hospital with significant injuries.
