The man charged in the Mill Valley murder case has been deemed unfit to stand trial.

According to a journal entry from the Union County Court of Common Pleas Thursday, Micaiah Immanuel Swindler – who is charged in the murder of his father – stood before the court in a mental evaluation hearing.
