Plain City OKs speed limit change on North Chillicothe Street

In response to increased residential development and community concerns, Plain City officials have approved a speed limit reduction on North Chillicothe Street, lowering it from 35 mph to 25 mph between Anderson Avenue and the entrance to the Run at Hofbauer Preserve subdivision.
