First-day jitters

Marysville Superintendent Zack Howard helps a family take a picture outside of Northwood Elementary before the first day of school Monday morning. Howard, who is beginning his first year in charge of the district, spent the morning greeting students and families at various schools, as well as dropping in at the Marysville bus facility before the sun came up to talk with drivers.
