Special flag football games held

Above, a member of the Union County Cougars Special Olympic flag football team tries to get away as a team member of the Union County Board of Developmental Disabilities squad grabs a little more than the flag Saturday at Bunsold Middle School. Members of the local Special Olympics team took on teams comprised of staff members from the board of developmental disabilities and the Marysville FFA program in a special end of the season contest. A photopage showing additional images from the games appeared in Monday’s E-edition of the newspaper. Additional unpublished photos will appear at www.marysvillejt.com.
