Marysville units deployed

Members of the Union County Military Family Support Group recently sent the unit $6,600 worth of Amazon shopping credit to use for emergency items.

Two years ago, soldiers from Marysville’s Charlie Battery, 1-134 Field Artillery Regiment of the Ohio national Guard deployed to Syria. Pictured below, members of the unit fire from an M777 Howitzer during an operational rehearsal exercise at Mission Support Site Conoco in Syria on Dec. 4, 2022. The exercise was conducted to validate weapons systems and maintain crew proficiency and readiness in support of partner forces.
