Hired by agency involved in his brother's police shooting, new deputy brings dual perspective

When a tragedy happens in the world of law enforcement, there are oftentimes two sides to the heartbreak.

On May 30, 2022, 33-year-old Matthew Todhunter was shot and killed by a Union County sheriff’s deputy in Mill Valley after he pointed a BB gun at the deputy in what was ruled a suicide.
