A weekend of Christmas cheer in Marysville
Christmas was in the air all around the City of Marysville this past weekend as a bevy of holiday activities took place. The Marysville Christmas Parade hit the Uptown streets Sunday afternoon. While old favorites like Santa Claus and the Union County Shrine Club Tin Lizzie Patrol were appreciated, the real crowd favorite proved to be an Ohio Ready Mix truck that created “snow” that floated onto the crowd, as shown above and below.

This year, local law enforcement, fire and emergency personnel partnered with Walmart, Meijer, Dairy Queen, McDonald’s and White Castle to offer the children a wide variety of gifts and treats to ring in the holiday season.
