Do you wanna build a (really tiny) snowman?

This pair worked to piece together a tiny snowman on a table along Main Street recently. The snow an chilly temperatures continued in the area through the weekend as 3-4 inches of the white stuff was reported and temperatures dipped into the single digits Sunday night.
