Monarch boys hoopsters notch first victory of season at Thomas Worthington

A proverbial weight was lifted off the shoulders of Marysville’s boys basketball team on Friday.

The Monarchs were staring down the barrel of an 0-4 start prior to the OCC Cardinal Division matchup against Thomas Worthington.

Marysville scraped its way to a 54-45 win over the Cardinals.
