Lady Panther cagers earn overtime victory against Cedarville

The Lady Panthers of Fairbanks got back on the winning basketball track when they traveled to Cedarville on Wednesday.

FHS upped its overall record to 10-4 with a 48-41 overtime victory.

Airport budget set at $207K for 2026

The Union County Airport began its first 2026 board meeting on Tuesday approving the budget for the new year. As part of the budget conversations, the board discussed the final steps to completely paying off the construction of the new 15-unit t-hangars.
