More than a foot of snow fell in parts of county; drifting is now the worry
After spending more than 12 hours in a level three snow emergency, Union County was back to level two Monday morning.
The sheriff’s office made the announcement around 10 a.m. as much of the county spent the morning digging out from the weekend’s significant winter weather event.
