Monarch royalty crowned

By Tim Miller

Marysville High School and the Early College High School crowned their queens and kings for the Winter Homecoming Friday evening. Pictured from left are Luis Zapata Santamaria (king) and Saria Lane (queen) from the Early College High School and Molly Melish (queen) and Cade Bryant (king) from Marysville High School. The crowning event was to have taken place at the Winter Homecoming Dance Saturday night, but was moved to Friday night because of the threat of dangerous weather. The Saturday dance was eventually postponed until a yet undecided date.
