Sliding into summer

Students at Navin Elementary School kicked off their last week of school recently with the annual field day. The students were treated to a variety of outdoor events, many of which involved a chance to get wet, like the giant slip-and-slide shown above being tackled by fourth grader Elsa Salgado Lopez.
