Heat retreat packs pool

Families packed the Marysville Municipal Swimming Pool 0n Thursday as the temperature climbed to about 96 degrees, with the heat index pushing into the triple digits. The hot, humid pattern is expected to continue through the Fourth of July weekend, with highs of 96 on Friday, 93 on Saturday and 92 on Sunday, along with increasing chances for afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.
