Remembering the Declaration
Two communities in Union County held readings of the Declaration of Independence Wednesday night in connection with the America 250 celebration. Above, Gail DeGood-Guy, pictured at the podium, had some help while doing Richwood’s reading of the Declaration of Independence. Local resident Tucker Bugg, pictured in the tricorn hat, ran the document to DeGood-Guy and stood with the 13-colony American flag as she delivered the speech.
