McCartney speaks on civil discourse

Bill McCartney delivers a lecture on civic discourse held in Plain City Wednesday evening. McCartney, who also serves on the Jonathan Alder Board of Education, was not speaking in his capacity as a board member, rather a concerned resident. The event was the first in a series of planned informal open discussions where local figures talk on subjects of interest to the public.
