Traffic changes await Fairbanks families

Parents looking to drop off or pick up students at Fairbanks this Wednesday will use the northern entrance and new campus access road, shown above in red. Vehicles will enter off Route 38, drive around the football stadium, loop behind the high school and then drive back around. The drop-off area is labeled in blue. The southern entrance, shown above in orange, will be for buses and staff parking only. (Graphic submitted)

Traffic changes await Fairbanks families

Students and families returning to Fairbanks this week will notice a number of traffic changes.

From detours dealing with the Route 38 bridge work to a newly installed campus access road, district officials said drivers will just have to be alert to the changes when entering or exiting campus.
