Riding in the rain

A downpour didn’t stop penny farthing enthusiasts from participating in Plain City’s high wheel race Thursday evening. Despite the weather, onlookers and riders alike joined the old-time bicycle race as part of the village’s Corn Carnival festivities that kicked off earlier this week. The main events will take place today on Main Street at the former elementary school site.
