Marysville Homecoming courts recognized

Marysville High School and Early College High School have announced their 2026 Fall Homecoming Courts. Above, members of the MHS court are, from left to right, in the front row, Kate Clarridge, Maddie Forrester, Zaina Saliba, Katy Klaer, and Phalor McDaniel; back row, Mason Au, Mamous Saidy, Deacon Henry, Cam Taylor and Sam Krueger. Below, members of the ECHS court are, in the front row, Elizabeth Henderson, Olivia Yakali, Angel Moss, Baylee McGlenn and Carly Brewer;  back row, Mac Rausch, Kieffer Brock, Jericho Libiran, Luke Grimm and Cody Byrd. The Homecoming parade will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m., traveling up Main Street to Elwood Avenue and into the Union County Fairgrounds from Maple Street. The Homecoming king and queen will be crowned during pregame festivities at 6:30 p.m. Friday before the Monarchs host Dublin Jerome. The Homecoming dance, with the theme “Hoco de Rio,” will be held Saturday from 7-10 p.m. in the MHS field-house.

Court and Albert Gray, who operated a buggy and implement business and blacksmith shop on the first floor. The second floor originally served as an amusement hall for roller skating, dancing, basketball and other activities.
