Safety in seconds
Honda held a driving safety event for sophomores at Marysville High School on Thursday, where groups of students got to learn about seatbelt safety and how speed and distractions can lead to issues behind the wheel. In the main activity of the day, students were timed to see how fast they could get into a Honda vehicle and buckle their seatbelts, leading to some fun reactions and friendly competition. The goal of the activity was to teach students how quick it is to put on a seatbelt, taking an average of just 10 seconds to be safe behind the wheel.
