James P. Picklesimon, 73, of Marysville died unexpectedly on Friday morning, Sept. 19, 2020, at OSU Hospitals in Columbus. He was retired from Elston Richards and disabled from MEI as a forklift operator following an accident in 2002. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served from 1966-1968 in Germany during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed the sport of horse racing having owned and raced Standard Bred horses. From Police Reports: Johnny N. Boggs, 33, was arrested about 12:05 a.m., this morning in the 16300 block of Square Drive. Boggs was charged with one charge of driving without paying reinstatement fees. He also had an arrest warrant. Days have been established for high school divisional football playoff games. Each high school gridiron squad in Ohio is eligible for the post-season in 2020. That’s due to the six-game regular season schedule that was brought on by COVID-19. Teams were allowed to opt out of the playoffs.
