A proposed condominium community on Scott Farms will need to wait at least another two weeks for a final decision from council. The Redwood Apartment neighborhood is a nearly 26-acre, 143-unit complex proposed for the south east corner of the Scott Farm Boulevard and Route 4 intersection. City officials are reminding residents that even though Marysville has a street sweeper again, they have a primary role to play in keeping the streets clean. “Just be neighborly. The Newark man who allegedly nearly hit several police officers in a parking lot before leading them on a high-speed chase could be facing more than two decades in prison. The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Jeremy Dean Lindsey, 21, of Newark. Lindsey is charged with one count each of felonious assault, robbery, vandalism and petty theft, along with two counts of criminal damaging or endangering. –––– A Union County grand jury has added charges for a pair of men who allegedly attempted to kidnap a Plain City man. The grand jury has charged Marvin A. Martinez, 32, of Columbus, and Sidney Bernardez Mejia, 35, of Aurora, Colorado. Each man is charged with two counts of felonious assault and one count each of attempted kidnapping, abduction, receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools.
