The Lady Monarchs were able to sweep the Wildcats in three sets 25-13, 25-19 and 25-15.

Today was the final Walk to School Day event. Walking events kicked off with North Union’s Walk to School Day in September, and continued through today. A total of six schools in Marysville and Richwood participated in the international effort to encourage more families to enjoy the many benefits of safely walking and bicycling to school. The celebration started out at the beginning of the game when senior Alexis Nicholson returned to the court in full uniform after being sidelined for the entire season due to injury.

A pair of local teams – North Union and Fairbanks – will meet on the gridiron this Friday for the Wildcats’ Homecoming.
