COVID-19 is winning against local boys basketball teams. The coronavirus pandemic postponed two more local games on Friday and another for tonight. The Fairbanks Panthers were scheduled to play at Mechanicsburg on Friday. Jonathan Alder was set to host Bellefontaine to open the 2020-21 season on the same night. The FHS-Mechanicsburg contest was postponed due to virus cases within the Panther hoop program. The JA-Bellefontaine game was postponed as the Chieftains have COVID-related illnesses.
