High school football fans throughout the state have been following the unofficial state computer ratings for a handful of weeks. The Ohio High School Athletic Association released the first official rankings Tuesday afternoon. The computer ratings are used to determine which teams will advance to the post-season. The state grid playoffs have been expanded for the 2021 season. The top 16 teams in each region among the state’s seven football divisions will earn post-season playoff berths.
