Woman arrested after pursuit

Michelle E. Sawyer, 52, of 20955 Collins Ave., Milford Center, was arrested Saturday evening following a multi-agency pursuit through the southern portion of the county and into the Marysville Uptown. Marysville Exempted Village School District has given notice that it will end an agreement with the city to provide School Resource Officers in each of the buildings. The move was part of a contingency plan enacted last week when the school levy failed. In addition to providing security for the buildings, the officers served as ambassadors for the police department with community students and families.
