The Union County Health Department is offering three vaccination off-site clinics for students entering grades K-12.
Off-site clinics for students will be held on Aug. 10 from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bunsold Middle School, Aug. 11 from 4-8 p.m. at North Union High School and Aug. 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Marysville High School.
Appointments are required for all back to school shots to allow for immunization record review. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated as vaccine supply is limited at the off-site clinics. To schedule an appointment, call 937-645-2058.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for any student under age 18.
Most insurance plans cover the cost of vaccination, and a sliding fee scale is available. The Union County Health Department also participates in the Vaccine for Children program and can administer free vaccines to children without insurance.
All recommended vaccinations for students will be available. COVID-19 vaccinations will also be available for students age 12 and older and interested parents.
Recommended vaccinations for school are also available Monday through Thursday by appointment only at the Union County Health Department, 940 London Avenue, Marysville. Students enrolled in any Union County school are welcome at all vaccination clinics.
