Plain City’s Active Agers Indoor Walking Program is set to begin next week.
The program provides a safe environment for adults who are 40 and older to stay active throughout the winter months.
Beginning Jan. 10, The Ball House, 327 W. Bigelow St., will be open Mondays through Fridays from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for those interested to walk indoors.
Free parking is available outside the building and clean restrooms will be open.
The building is also climate controlled.
Those in attendance are encouraged to walk at their own pace.
Those interested in a program must sign a waiver, available at www.plain-city.com or the village’s Facebook page, to participate.

No pets or children will be allowed.
The program will last through April 1, with no-walk dates scheduled for Jan. 17, Feb. 21 and March 21 through 25. Any day Jonathan Alder schools are canceled, walking will be as well.
