On Thursday, students in Marysville High School’s Agriculture Department began preparations for Ag Appreciation Night at tonight’s season opening home football game against Jonathan Alder. Students have been learning about the pork industry and are finishing the week’s studies by pulling pork for a hog roast. Sandwiches will be sold at the game with proceeds benefitting both the Marysville FFA chapter, and the Marysville Athletic Association. Because of ongoing repairs to the stadium parking lot, those going to the game are being asked to park in the high school parking lot. Additionally, the Union County Fairgrounds will be open for spectators to use for parking.
