Plain City’s Bicentennial Park has been transformed into Candy Cane Lane for the season. The Flat Iron is festooned in peppermint swirls of red and white as ginger people dance. The North Pole mailbox is also back for children to use as they mail their letters to Santa. Children who mail their letter before Dec. 15 will get a response from St. Nicholas. The park’s center piece is the village Christmas tree, lit Saturday at the Christmas Under the Clock celebration. (Journal-Tribune photo by Mac Cordell)
