Carol Sue Reuter, 54, of North Lewisburg, died peacefully Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
A woman of deep faith, she enjoyed her work in home healthcare, especially working with special needs. She would often put the care of her patients before her own. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, fishing and helping at food pantries.
She was born April 3, 1964, in Louisa, Kentucky, to Eva Christine (Stidham) and the late Billie Joe Adams. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Lee Vinson.
She is survived by her mother, Eva Christine Greer of Indian Lake; sons, Donald Joseph Adams Jr. and Craig Alan (Jessica) Vinson, both of North Lewisburg; stepson, Joshua Lee Reuter of Bellefontaine; stepdaughter, Chelsea Marie “Charlie Val” Reuter; grandchildren, Skylar Gimmey, Donald Joseph Adams, Kylie Bowersmith, Serenity Vinson, Ayden Vinson and Logan Vinson; step-grandchildren, Grace and Clayton Reuter; and brothers and sisters, Terry Bendler of Marysville, Marilyn (Edward) Myers of North Lewisburg, Christy (Kevin) Davis of North Lewisburg, Larry (Jodi) Bendler of St. Marys and Patricia (Robert) Fredrick of Ripley, West Virginia.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel, where funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Burial will take place Wednesday at the Jessie Adams Family Cemetery in Louisa, Kentucky.
